Despite many obstacles, Mr. Jose Auriemo Neto pushed for the idea of construction of the complex which was later named Parque Cidade Jardim after conception. The luxury complex sits on a 80,000 square meter piece of land. The complex contains residential areas, a shopping mall, offices, apartments, and other spaces. The company grew rapidly and before long, Jose Auriemo Neto, Roberto Neto’s son, took over the operation of the company and under his tenure, the company made major strides towards excellence in identifying investment opportunities and venturing into new markets. JHSF went public in 2007 and it started trading as a public company. The company is now worth over R$1.2 billion.

JHSF started as a family business and as such, Jose Auriemo upheld the family core values in the company’s culture. Jose Auriemo Neto values the time he had with his father and he counted on him for guidance and advice.
